How old should your child be when they start to do chores?
For a lot of moms, it’s something they want to encourage in their child, but don’t want to ruin the experience, i.e. chore tasks are no longer fun, they are now CHORES!!

I have a boy that is needy, crazy and OMG wants ME, ME, ME all the time!
Now that I’m a stay-at-home mom, there are things that have to get done in a day.
Every day I do two loads of laundry from washing to folding.
I have to make three meals for me, my little one and my big one (aka husband).

Due to some big life changes recently I’m no longer a stay-at-home mom. I treasure the time I spent over the past year and my blogging journey has been a fabulous learning experience. But I’ve come to the realization that working outside the home is where I’m needed. — Cathy
I grew up in a household where both my parents worked out of the home. This is all I knew, but as a child, I didn’t like it. My mom would come home and had to hurry to get dinner on the table and there was no time for her to check my homework or even play with me.
It’s sad when I think about it. I love my mom and I know both my parents had to work to support me and my sister. So, when I was pregnant, I figured I had to go back to work when my maternity ended. It’s just what you do.
